
About Associate Professor Ravi Huilgol
Associate Professor Ravi Huilgol is a vascular and endovascular surgeon with appointments at St Vincent’s Public and Private Hospital Sydney, Macquarie University Private Hospital, Wagga Wagga Base Hospital and Calvary Private Hospital Wagga Wagga. He is Conjoint Associate Professor of Vascular Surgery at Notre Dame University Australia.
Associate Professor Ravi Huilgol graduated from the University of Sydney in 2000. He then went on to complete his vascular surgical training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane and St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne.
Associate Professor Ravi Huilgol is the Chair of the NSW Vascular Surgical Society, Chair of Vascular Surgery at St Vincent’s Private Hospital and the Supervisor of Vascular Surgery training at St Vincent’s Hospital. He has proctored, published and presented nationally and internationally, particularly regarding the treatment of complex aortic aneurysms.
Associate Professor Ravi Huilgol Huilgol’s clinical interests encompass the assessment and treatment of the full spectrum of vascular disorders including both open and endovascular surgical techniques. His academic and research interests focus on improving the results of vascular surgery including minimally invasive techniques.
